Korpi refunds and switching
How do I get a refund from Korpi?
Korpi's terms (for purchases since 19 September 2026) say subscriptions, renewals and credit packs are not refunded for a change of mind or unused credits, but remedies for service failure, non-delivery and billing mistakes remain. Contact Korpi through its site chat or contact@korpi.ai with your purchase details. If you paid by card or PayPal and did not get what you paid for, your bank or PayPal also has a dispute process.
What happens on Toonyx if a drama fails?
Its credits go back to your balance automatically, the moment it stops. You can press Try again and it picks up where it stopped, so finished scenes are not paid for twice.
How long does a drama take?
About 15 minutes. You can leave the page; the drama keeps going and shows its progress in your chat.
Can I post to TikTok and YouTube?
Yes. Connect both accounts once in Settings. TikTok gets the full drama and YouTube gets a 30 second cut. Posts carry the platform's AI label.
Is there a free trial?
No. Every plan is paid, and failed dramas give their credits back, so you only pay for dramas that finish.
Does anything else appear in my videos?
Each drama ends with a short Toonyx card of about 2.5 seconds.
