Privacy Policy

Toonyx (toonyx.com) is run by NYPTID Industries ("we", "us"). Contact: omatic657@gmail.com.
The short version. We keep your email, the videos you make and the numbers of the posts you publish through us. The AI providers below receive only what they need to make your video. We do not sell your data and we do not use your videos to train AI models. You can have all of it deleted by asking.
1. What we collect
| Your email and name | To create your account and sign you in, by email or Google sign in (Google shares your email, name and picture). |
| What you make | Your ideas, scripts, the cast and scene pictures, voices, music and finished videos, and the custom niches you describe. |
| Connected accounts | If you connect TikTok or YouTube, the connection is held by our posting provider (below). We keep which accounts are connected and the numbers of posts you publish through Toonyx: views, likes, comments, shares and watch time. |
| Billing | Your plan, its status and renewal date, your credit balance and a payment reference from Stripe. We never see or store your card details. |
| Feedback and ratings | What you send through Feedback. A rating appears on toonyx.com only if you tick the box that allows it, with your first name. |
| Ask Toonyx questions | Questions typed into the Ask Toonyx chat and its answers, stored with a scrambled browser id, never your name or email, so we can see what visitors want to know. |
| Cookies and logs | A cookie that keeps you signed in, one that tells your browser apart while signed out, and one that remembers the link or post you arrived from. Basic logs of jobs, errors and times so we can fix problems. No advertising trackers. |
2. Who receives it to make your videos
| Anthropic, xAI and Google (through OpenRouter) | The text of your ideas, scripts and chat messages, to write scripts, check them against the content rules, run the Toonyx Agent and answer Ask Toonyx questions. |
| fal.ai | Picture prompts and reference pictures, to draw cast, set and scene pictures; music and narration text for the optional music bed and 3D documentary voices. |
| Higgsfield | Scene pictures and the line to speak, to animate each scene on the video model you picked (Seedance, Kling or Wan). |
| Upload-Post | Your finished video, title and hashtags, only when you press Post or turn on Automate, to publish to the TikTok and YouTube accounts you connected, and to read back their numbers. |
| Stripe | Payments and monthly billing. |
| Sign in, if you choose Google sign in. | |
| Contabo | The server that hosts Toonyx, in the European Union. |
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. We do not use your ideas, scripts or videos to train AI models.
3. How long we keep things
Your videos, pictures and scripts are kept while your account is open so you can download and post them. Account and billing records are kept while your account is open, then as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask Toonyx questions and server logs are kept while they help us run and improve Toonyx, and deleted on request. Backups are overwritten after 14 days.
4. Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete your data. Email omatic657@gmail.com and we will act on it within 30 days. Deleting your account deletes your videos, pictures, scripts and connected account records. If you are in the UK, the EU or California, you have these rights under law, and you can also object to processing or complain to your local data protection authority.
5. Security
Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS and access to the server is limited to key based administrator login. No service is perfectly secure; we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.
6. Children
Toonyx is not for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will email account holders. The date at the top always shows the current version.
