Terms of Service
Last updated 25 October 2026.
These terms are between you and NYPTID Industries ("we", "us"), which runs Toonyx at toonyx.com. Contact: omatic657@gmail.com.
The short version. Toonyx uses AI models to write and make animated Shorts for you, and posts them only when you tell it to. Stories stay family friendly. You pay in credits, you are charged what a video really used, and a video that fails gives its credits back. We do not promise any number of views or any income. Cancel any time.
1. What Toonyx does
Toonyx writes short scripts, draws scene pictures, animates them with AI video models, adds voices, captions and optional music, and can post the finished video to TikTok and YouTube accounts you connect. It makes talking dramas in several character worlds, worlds you describe yourself, and narrated 3D documentary Shorts. Features change as we improve the product.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 and use a real email address. You are responsible for what happens under your account. A ClipLab account works on Toonyx with the same sign in.
3. What you make
You own the scripts and videos you make with Toonyx, to the extent the law gives anyone rights in AI generated material. Because AI models can produce similar results for different people, we cannot promise that a video is unique. You give us only the permission needed to run the service: to store and process your ideas, scripts, pictures and videos, and to post them where you tell us to. We do not use your videos in our marketing without asking you first.
4. Content rules
Toonyx is family friendly. Every story is checked before anything is made, and you agree not to try to get around those checks. Do not use Toonyx to make or post:
- sexual or romantic content, nudity, gore, graphic violence or hateful content;
- anything showing a real person's face or likeness, impersonating anyone, or using celebrities, influencers or politicians as characters;
- real brands, logos or characters someone else owns, including in a niche you describe yourself;
- false claims about real people or events presented as fact. In real story 3D documentaries, people appear only as faceless figures, and you are responsible for checking the facts in anything you publish;
- spam, including mass posting of near identical videos across many accounts, or anything illegal.
Our checks are automatic and not perfect. What you choose to publish is your responsibility.
5. AI labels and the platforms
Posts made through Toonyx carry the platform's AI generated content label, and you agree to keep it. TikTok, YouTube and every other platform make their own decisions about reach, monetisation and account standing. We cannot control those decisions and are not liable for any action a platform takes against you.
6. AI providers
Toonyx relies on third party AI providers to write, draw, animate and voice your videos (they are listed in the Privacy Policy). A provider can be slow, change a model, or refuse a request. When a video cannot be finished, its credits come back to you.
7. No performance promises
View counts and examples we show are specific past results. They are not a prediction or a promise. Results depend on your channel, your posting, your audience and platform algorithms that change without notice.
8. Plans, credits and billing
Plans. Toonyx has paid monthly plans only: no free plan and no free trial. Prices and the credits each plan includes are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Credits. Each video shows its estimated cost in credits before you press Make. Pressing Make holds that many credits; when the video is finished you are charged what it really used, never more than the amount held, and the rest comes back. If a video fails at any step, its credits come back automatically. Plan credits renew each billing period and unused plan credits do not roll over. Extra credits you buy stay in your account while it is open.
Renewal and cancellation. Plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel any time from Settings: it stops future charges and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. We do not pro-rate a partial period.
Refunds. If you are unhappy with your first payment on a plan, email us within 7 days of that charge and we will refund it. After that, and for renewals, payments are non refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Failed videos never cost credits.
Price changes. We will email you at least 30 days before changing the price of a plan you are on.
9. Fair use
To keep the service working for everyone we apply reasonable limits, such as a daily number of scripts per account, and we may limit automated use at abnormal scale or one seat shared across several businesses. We will contact you before restricting an account for this.
10. Availability
We aim to keep Toonyx running but offer no formal uptime guarantee. The service is provided as is. Download anything you cannot afford to lose.
11. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Toonyx and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, exposes us to legal risk, or is used for illegal activity. Where we can, we will warn you first. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused part of what you paid.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost views, lost revenue, lost data, or platform action against your accounts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes to these terms
If a change materially affects you, we will email account holders at least 14 days beforehand. Continuing to use Toonyx after a change means you accept it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Georgia. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
